Workplace in future

In the past, I have experience in doing freelance work of design, and I have also learned how to communicate with customers.  For example, in the freelance work, I need  to design a series of products for a define clean company, but due to the lack of communication between us. So, my design fails to meet the customer's requirements and needs to be constantly revised.

After repeated communication, I finally completed the work successfully. Although the process was arduous, it also taught me a lesson. I understood that I should not be afraid to ask questions to others. If there is something unclear, I should take the initiative to ask the customer to prevent my design from failing to meet the requirements, or even waste the time of each others and my energy.

 

Being in the advertising industry will definitely require frequent communication with customers, so I think that after this experience, I will definitely communicate clearly with customers before designing, and I will properly confirm with customers during the design process to ensure that there is no misunderstanding between us.
